Had an awesome Cricut customer service…
Had an awesome customer service experience with Emma. Completely professional, kind and patient.
We had a material order issue, resolved and charges forgiven. Also a fault on our Cricut Maker couldn’t be fixed, will be replaced under warranty with Cricut Maker 3.
Emma we thank you for your kindness reassurance and professionalism. A total credit to Cricut

I will not be buying a Cricut again.
I have a Cricut Explore Air 2 since 2018... Never again!
Depending on the update it would work or would stop working and cutting completely off. Is super stressful if you are running a small business, having to cut stickers by hand is not fun! And also not fun, is having to order stickers from a company because your Cricut won't cut correctly while your expensive blank or just printed sticker paper is sitting in your shelf.
I just bought a Cameo and even though is an eyesore and it doesn't look robust like the Cricut, I can depend on it to cut* (*what the machine is suppose to do). Also the size for "Print and Cut" on the Cricut is annoying and wasteful, you end up throwing away 20% to 30% of the paper, there are tricks to use as much paper as possible without "Print and Cut" but the updates will stop you from cutting all together.
The latest now is that Cricut Design Space won't even show the update for my Cricut Explore Air 2, so now I can't even update it anymore. It feels like a joke at this point.
Customer service is another miss for me. I had several interactions with them over the years. They do look into the issues but do not acknowledge that some times the same machine that they told you to replace a few months ago was working again until the last update and then again it would work after a few months, after they told you to replace it again... and when they tell you that they can't fix it (because the issue is the update, even though they won't tell you!) they suggest you buy a new machine (if your warranty hasn't run out they will replace it) and even offer you a small discount. It feels very scammy to me.
The only pluses about the Cricut, is how it looks and that when it works, it works great... in 2022 I was only able to use it a couple of times.
I won't be buying it again.

I am so sick of all these DUMB Cricut…
I am so sick of all these DUMB Cricut updates and having to wait forever for the bull-sh!t to download only to make my life so much more aggravating. I’ve used cricut design space for three years and up until the past I would say six or seven months I never noticed any updated versions before and it works great for me I was very happy with it now they’re just messing it up I guess they finally hired an IT person and they really want to keep them busy because of the money they’re having to paying them but I’m sick of it I’m over it STOP !! No one is enjoying this CDS Is loosing people including me I’m currently looking else where canceling my subscription!! Anybody who says they’re enjoying it I promise they’re being paid by Cricut ! PLEASE STOP TAKING MY TIME FROM ME WITH ALL UR BS

Absolutely trash. Design space is next to useless when it does work. Desktop app will not open. No alternative to use their machine. Waste of time and money

I’m so happy with the service cricut…
I’m so happy with the service cricut provided me to day. My cricut marker couldn’t read the cut line when I used print and cut. Now I’m getting at new machine ?

Don’t order from Cricut!!
I ordered a Cricut for my wife as an anniversary gift. The order was placed on the 7th of January, and as of today (February 4th) I still haven’t received my order.

My order has a tracking number that says “the carrier has received a request from the shipper and is about to pickup the shipment “. The problem is that I received that update on January 9th and it still hasn’t changed.

I have called over a dozen times, first just to check on the order, then to ask what the extended delay was about and how they planed to resolve it, finally I called to cancel the order. So far I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts.

Cricuts “experience makers” are trained to sympathize with you then lie to save the company face. I have been told everything from: “the package was delivered but you were not home to receive it” to “the package is lost in our warehouse” to “it is with our special delivery company that doesn’t provide tracking numbers” every time I call I receive some vague excuse followed by the promise that it will be delivered “very soon” or “shortly”

After three weeks of this runaround, I called to cancel my order, guess what? They wouldn’t allow me cancel the order because it “has already shipped” and I’d have to wait until I receive the package to return it to them and then be refunded.

I am at my wits end!! I will never do business with this company again, and would advise anyone that wants a Cricut to order from Amazon or go get one in person at Hobby Lobby.

I now call them every day when they open and request a call back from a manager.

Phone cricut it today perfect customer service.
Phone cricut it today , I was being charged twice. Turns out it was my fault ? but the gentleman on the phone ( I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) he went above and beyond to help with my account,Perfect customer service.

very expensive paperweight
I bought my circuit maker3 when it first came out. This is by far the biggest waste of money I've seen in a machine! The design app doesn't work most of the time, they have "updated" the app several times and I've lost all my saved things. I have found it very hard to design anything on the design app, Its very hard to di simple things,I finally had my son use a drafting app he uses for work and upload it into my stored projects.I have cut pieces that don't cut all the way through.I lose about half of the things I make because of cutting being so bad. When talking to customer service, they suggested using different materials. I bought it to cut leather, I was told it cut leather, no problem, and using a different material is not an option. I wishI had not wasted my money. I would not recommend one of these machines to anybody for any reason.

I paid for the Cricut Access
I paid for the Cricut Access, I can't find all these extra fonts and images they were offering. I still only have what came with the machine, nothing more. It's quite frustrating, reading the reviews on this system is disturbing.
If there is a special place to access these extras I'm paying for, I wish someone could tell me before I cancel the subscription.

Totally deserves 0 stars. Placed an order on the 2nd, was advised would be with me on the 6th. Now on the 13th and no sign of it. Web chat is never turned on, no one answers the phone and no email address provided anywhere!!

Subsequently placed an order with Techwrap and even though it came from China, I got it in 4 days!!

Steer clear of Cricut!!

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Completed an hour and a half of troubleshooting a brand new device to be send a wrong blade to try and fix. After that I was told I would have to pay to return device since I didn't wish to get a replacement device. Complete garbage of a company... I wish I never bought one and especially off online cricut.

Stay far and clear from cricut. I with I could give zero stars. No empathy or effort made by them to correct their MALFUNCTIONED machines they send out. When it’s an error on their end they have no eagerness to fix the issue in timely matters. Keep selling faulty machines and taking our hard earned money. I am never giving them a dollar again. The lack of integrity and honesty from this company is astounding.

Shop Elsewhere
Should have read the reviews before shopping directly from their website. Order was placed on 27th December and is still showing as ‘processing’. Tried the chat bot to receive a status update, but it provided no information and was completely useless. Really disappointed. I know things slow down over the holidays, so I just wanted an update on when I should be expecting it to be dispatched.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. Ordered an item on the 26th - paid £8 delivery. 8 days later and my order hasn't even been processed.

I have since ordered the exact same thing from amazon, alot cheaper with no shipping and already received it.

Apauling way to treat customer- never order direct from them!

I have spent far more time trying to…
I have spent far more time trying to get the expensive piece of rubbish to actually work than making projects on it. Great when it actually works otherwise a huge waste of time. Constantly having to uninstall and re add to get anything to work, I've lost countless projects over the years and beyond fed up!
